SELLER CONDITIONS
1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of these general terms and conditions is the purchase of products or services, carried out remotely via telematic network, from Lolita Venturini with head office in Via del Carpentiere 1,Spoleto (pg). Each purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (consumer code) and, in particular, those of Section II, Part II, Title III (distance contracts) as well as, with regard to the protection of personal data, by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
2. PURCHASE ORDER AND COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is finalised when the Supplier receives the purchase order for the selected products and/or services sent by the Customer on the www.lolitaventurini.com website.
Sending the telematic purchase order implies full knowledge, on the part of the Customer, of these General and Payment Conditions and their acceptance. The Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activities), once the purchase procedure has been completed, he/she shall print or save an electronic copy or in any case retain these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, also in compliance with the provisions of Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance contracts. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for damages, direct or indirect to persons and/or things, derived from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
3. PURCHASING METHODS
Purchases of products and services on sale on the www.lolitaventurini.com website are made at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of order confirmation, plus transport costs. Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of each product or service chosen, the total cost and the transport costs shall be summarised.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Payment of the price of the services and products purchased and of the relative transport costs shall be made according to the method chosen at the time of ordering: CREDIT CARD – ADVANCE TRANSFER.
5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery of the products shall be made by the following methods at the Customer’s choice:
Express Courier Delivery shall be made to the address indicated by the Customer for shipment.
The customer shall verify that the package is intact, undamaged and not wet. Only after such verification shall the Customer accept the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, if the content inside the parcel is damaged, the Customer shall have 24 hours from the date of delivery to contact Love Spot Galleries and ask for an insurance reimbursement, sending photographs in which the damage is clearly shown.
6. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The processing days indicated in the product sheets are indicative, but in no case considered binding. However, it shall be the Supplier’s responsibility to process orders as soon as possible, compatibly with the time required to manufacture the products or perform the services purchased. The Company shall not be liable for any delays on the part of national couriers due to external causes or force majeure. In this regard, the Customer declares that he/she has been informed that the time required to process an order varies depending on the type of processing and the quantity requested.
If the Customer has purchased a service, it will be his responsibility to send the material required to enable the Company to perform the service. The list of such material is specified in the product sheet of the service. The Company cannot process the service until the material is sent in full only in the manner specified in the service product sheet.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.lovespotgalleries.com. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to venturinilolita@yahoo.com and wait for the return form that will be sent to the Customer by email. Only when the customer has received the form, will he/she be able to send the return. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without an explicit request from the Customer and without the Company sending the return form. The Customer shall bear the cost and risk of transporting the return. Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, the Company will issue a refund within 10 working days.
If the customer has purchased a service, he/she may not exercise the right of withdrawal if he/she has sent the requested material incomplete.
8. PLACE OF JURISDICTION
For all disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of contracts, the Court of Spoleto shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
TERMS OF SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING METHODS
We only deliver with insured couriers.
Insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the entire value of the artwork. You are 100% insured against theft or damages that may occur during transport. Before accepting the delivery, please make sure it is undamaged and not wet.
We recommend signing with reserve.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs vary from 15 € for Italy and UE to 50 € for other countries. The shipping cost increases for large or fragile artworks: if necessary, a custom-made wooden box is required to protect the artwork from potential damage during transport. The cost of the box and packaging is always included in the shipping cost.
The exact shipping cost is calculated before payment.
Delivery times for EU countries vary from 2-5 working days to 7-14 working days for artworks that require a protective box. For deliveries outside the EU there may be a clearance delay at customs.

WHAT IF THE WORK IS DAMAGED?
When the express courier delivers your artwork, first of all you should check that everything is alright and that the pack is not damaged or wet. We strongly recommend signing with reserve.
If, once you open the package the artwork is damaged, you have to contact us within 24 hours from the delivery and send us pictures clearly showing the damage to
RETURNS
If the artwork is not what you expected and you wish to send it back, you can return any purchase within 48 hours from the delivery.
